From raw PVC compound to finished sheet and extruded accessories — one production base, full quality control.

STEP 1

Raw Material Control

Every batch of PVC resin, plasticizer and stabilizer is checked before it enters production — consistency starts at the gate.

STEP 2

Calendering

Sheet flooring is calendered to a uniform thickness — the base of dimensional stability and even wear.

STEP 3

Surface & UV Treatment

UV/PU coating is applied and cured in-line, giving the surface its wear resistance and easy-clean finish.

STEP 4

Slitting & Accessory Extrusion

Rolls are slit to width; stair nosing, skirting, capping and cove profiles are extruded and color-matched on site.

STEP 5

QC Laboratory

Thickness, color consistency, slip resistance and dimensional checks on every production run before packing.

STEP 6

Warehouse & Shipping

Finished goods are staged, wrapped and container-loaded — sheet and matching accessories ship together.
